General information of Hunter-MG4 shale shaker

Hunter-MG4 shale shaker is the 4-panel screen shaker. It's single deck and single base shaker. However, it can be made as the dual tandem and the triple tandem shaker. It also can be set together with the Hunter series mud cleaner. Hunter-MG4 shaker holding screen area about 2.73㎡. And the screen panels are fit by the wede block for convenient installation and replace on screens.

Screen panels for Hunter-MG4 are framed type. They can be steel frame and composite frame. The color of screen panels can be yellow, green, and orange. Usually, the motors are Martin brand, while some are OLI or Ital-Vibras brand according to clients' preference and actual demand. The shaker deck angle adjustment is ranged -1~+5°. During operation, the deck angle is adjusted accordingly based on drilling mud condition, the cuttings condition, and flow rate situation

Hunter-MG4 shale shaker is linear motion shaker and capacity is over 600GPM. When operate shaker in daily work the centrifugal force of vibrators is up to 7.0G. The feeder box is top open with the cover bolted well. But the inlet port is usually at box wall center but close to bottom. There is a division line at the feeder box base and controlled by a hand break butterfly valve. The division line helps much on flow direction control, especially when we need to change the screens

We treat the Hunter-MG4 shale shaker as the original and initial shaker. Then there are many different options on different aspects. Such as the shaker deck, it can be double deck. We call the single base double decked shaker as Hunter-MG8. The Hunter-MG4 shaker can be dual motion we call it as Hunter-MGD. That means shaker same appearance and general design but holding dual vibration mode. Then, if 2 sets of shaker Hunter-MG4 made as dual tandem we call it as Hunter-MG4x2.

Another different design is feeder box inlet port position. We usually set it at bottom side close to the feeder box base. But it can be set at center or higher according to client's preference. Of course the internal structure may vary if ncessary.

We provide customzied option on color, too. According to our record recently, most of our clients select AIPU cyan. It's rather marked and beautiful. For screen panels, we can make it steel frame or composite frames. If clients request, they can be the corrugated pattern.
