Characteristics of drilling fluid centrifuge

The straight section and the cone section of the drum are made of 2205 bidirectional stainless steel and are made by centrifugal casting.
The rest of the drum assembly is made of SS316L stainless steel.
The screw pusher is protected by a wear-resistant alloy sheet, which has a long service life and is easy to maintain and replace.
The shunting port of the screw pusher and the slag discharge port of the rotating drum is protected by an easy-to-replace wear-resistant alloy sleeve, which delays the service life and maintenance cycle.
The convenient and adjustable height of the cofferdam can meet the discharge requirements of different working conditions. Original imported SKF bearings can improve equipment stability and bearing service life.

Decanter Centrifuge Main Component

Rotating parts including centrifuge bowl and screw for stainless steel material. The screw impeller is coated with tungsten carbide for protection of impeller wear. The most popular size bowl is 355mm in diameter and 1250mm in length for a maximum rotating speed of 3500RPM.
