Introduction of APZY series slurry pump

APYZ series slurry pump is one kind of centrifugal pump. Here the slurry pump is a submersible type. It's vertical type. Compared to a normal centrifugal pump used in the drilling fluids process, the slurry pump is compact occupies little space. And the material of the APYZ submersible slurry pump is more anti-abrasive. For oil drilling fluids systems, they are used to transfer drilling mud from the desilter tank to the centrifuges as a feeding pump of centrifuges.

In combination with abrasion-resistant wear parts, the very low-speed motor ensures an extremely long wear life. The side discharge, the spiral design allows smoother passage of the sucked solid matters. The motor is cooled by a water jacket that assures efficient motor cooling even when it operates with its motor exposed to air.

The submersible slurry pump can be also used in the mud recycling system for HDD or other civil constructions need mud systems. Then the slurry pump is used to deliver drilling mud into the shale shaker as it's different from the oilfield mud system. For the HDD mud recycling system, the slurry pump can be selected according to the shaker capacity. And then confirm the power of pump. The depth of such pump is very flexible. Even there is a pit deeps 3m, we can add an extended pipe on the pump inlet port.
