    APG Screw pumps are a type of rotary Positive Displacement Pumps. These pumps are the best choice for the transfer of liquids requiring smooth and non-pulsating flow.     Single Screw Pumps are reversible. These pumps work on the principle of positive displacement. These pumps comprise a single helix metallic rotor and a double helix elastomer stator. The liquid is pumped through the suction port. As the rotor moves inside the stator, cavities are formed. The liquid moves along the cavities due to positive displacement and gets discharged from the discharge port of the pump.

    Screw pumps mainly consisted of the discharge port, the stator, the rotor, the flexible section, the middle axis, suction room, seal, bearing, driveshaft, bearing body.     Screw pump transfer drilling fluid via the screw conveyor rotation. The Center screw pole is the positive pole, the two sides screw conveyor is the negative pole. Negative poles rotate in the opposite direction with a positive pole.


    Actually, when the screw axis is rotating, the lower Vroom will become large. Vroom will close against fluid sucked. The closed room will be pushed forward along the axle. Then the new suction cavity generates on the suction end. One and one closed cavity move forward, the fluid will be pressed out.


    Positive Displacement
    Because of single rotating elements, progressive cavities are generated which deliver a uniform, metered, and non-pulsating flow. The developed head is independent of the rotational speed, whereas the capacity is proportionate to the speed.
